Basement Walls Remodel

Installation of new Sheetrock walls in Basement:
- Remove existing drywall and dispose
- Secure receptacles to studs and add 4th receptacle
- Extend old sump pump pipe out past wall for easy install of sump pump in the future
- Install new studs where needed to support new sheetrock and frame out access to electric panel
- Install drywall, joint compound and paint
- Install access panel for electric panel and all outlet covers
- install baseboard and molding
